Unpredicted News of Ned has sold Steemit to Tron and My Concerns

Hi, I'm Joey Park. How have you been up to? 🤗 Recently, I've been so excited about the ratio of STEEM to rise. 😳 But, I didn't know that there is the behind story between STEEM.INC and TRON. Alright, Today, I'm talking about the hot issue of M&A(Mergers and Acquisition) for STEEM and TRON.

Thanks to STEEM(?), I gave up my major which is Material Science and Engineering 😂 and have been engaging with STTEM for the last 2 years. Thus, STEEM allowed me to get 2 permanent jobs for 2 years. It's not exaggerated to mention STEEM made me live in the last 2 years. Therefore, I'm so confused and worried about this news 🤯

When I researched Ethereum in the past, as I get to know the original Ethereum became Ethereum classic and New Ethereum became Ethereum, I recognized that even much capital takes blockchain over, they won't be able to buy community.

In light of this point, If TRON Foundation unilaterally considers the benefit for only TRON Holders exclusive of STEEM and STEEM POWER Holders, It might happen like Ethereum and Ethereum Classic.

STEEM is the mainnet coin like this figure, and SMT(Smart Media Token) isn't still implemented yet, STEEM Users can sample the light version(?) of SMT using STEEM Engine.

By the way, If STEEM is under the TRON Blockchain, I'm concerned about disappearing many features of STEEM, as well as, I'm not glad about it.

There is the most concern of TRON Foundation's announcement in Medium.

TRON Foundation and Steemit.Inc will look to create further value for their users and to augment their advancements in decentralized technologies, including moving old STEEM token to a new TRON based STEEM token, giveaways to the existing TRX users with the new TRON based STEEM token, as well as a new accelerator program towards the developer community.

It looks like there is a beneficial policy for only TRON Holders exclusive of STEEM and STEEM POWER Holders. In order to win-win for STEEM and TRON Communities, TRON Foundation doesn't only give STEEM for TRON Holders, but also has to give their shares of TRON to STEEM and STEEM POWER Holders. Thus, it will help to mitigate the complain of merging.

STEEM is not a dapp token, but mainnet coin. In the future, when M&A between blockchains, it will be positioned the strategy through stake swap.
