오늘 백종원의 맛남의 광장이라는 예능프로그램을 처음봤다 지역특산물을 활성화 시키기위해 음식을 개발하여 휴게소에서 직접 판매를 한다
장수 사과를 이용하여 사과조림을 만드는데 충분히 먹을 수 있는데 상품가치가 떨어지는 사과를 이용할수 있어 사과농가에 도움이 되어서 좋고, 보관 기간도 길어서 좋은것 같다 무엇보다 사과조림은 사과4개에 설탕2컵 물2컵을 넣고 조린거라 너무 맛있어보인다
또띠아에 사과조림을 올리고 모짜렐라 치즈와 고르곤절라 치즈를 넣어 피자를 만들어 먹는데 너무 맛있을거 같다 꼭 만들어 먹어보고 싶다!
