please read this if you have missed it, it's the reason to most changes with the new hardfork which included 25% free downvotes, only you can make the decision on giving the EIP a try and making Steem a better place for content creators and genuine curation instead of self-voting, vote-trading and whatever other things you investors do between eachother. Do the right thing.
