Pretty awesome, just make sure you're not standing underneath one if it breaks loose!
They look like they could do some damage. Last I heard back there the temps were hitting single digits and the teens...

It was 20o below zero the other day my friend, every winter we go below zero often many days. I hang near my fireplace most of the winter, I kind of like that!
Friend, I just took a photo of a ice sickle that is about four foot long. It’s next to my enormous wind chime, now that would hurt you ! There’s a bee box underneath it, there’s no bees in this hive right now, or they would be covered. A couple of years ago I lost the bees in this hive to a cold winter, none of our bee keepers friends hive made it either, it was so cold. Loved my bees 🐝 ❣️
Don't like losing bees; we lost two colonies recently.
Awesom, you are a bee keeper to! It is so sad to loose bees. That hive had the sweetest little bees there. They were vey calm, and good workers. I got two hundred pounds of honey from them one year, I miss them a lot❣️Did your colonies swarm?
We've had them swarm, but just like a gentleman down the street, he lost two more hives due to robbing. We think we had the same thing going on; we had 5 hives, but now due to yellow jackets and robber bees, we're down to one good hive and one that isn't doing a whole lot right now. So sort of 1 1/2 going now, just waiting for spring
That’s sad 😞 ❣️
We're waiting for spring and we'll open them up and make a determination from there.
