Is there a plan to convert the entity from a Subchapter S Corporation to a Corporation at some point?

One sticking point with Subchapter S Corps is the issue of being taxed on a prorata portion of the profits whether the company elects to distribute to shareholders or not and the tax is at the shareholder's marginal rate. Honestly, in startup mode the company should not be distributing potential working capital as distributions and dividends at that stage in my opinion.

Also is there a plan to exit through either acquisition or IPO, or is this a long term hold and build?

Guess I have a ton of questions about it.

We plan to go c corp yes hopefully some time after the 1st of 2018.
IPO will likely come to be a thing i have no reasons to want to leave.

Whats the likely case on c corp filing just after we will prob do a share split and sell the next series at a higher rate and allow some investors to make some back. But until that point shares aren't sell able at all.

Just as a reminder some questions will not be answered publicly we have a private business plan that explains as lot of how things will be handled. But it requires people to sign an nda to read it.

Hey, i'm interested in reading the business plan, what is the process to sign the NDA?
