Strategic methods of advertising Steem on facebook could be creating a Steemit group chat on facebook, publicizing Steemit content links on facebook.
I believe Facebook is still useful and a great site to promoting Steemit.

    there are some Steemians there.
    Just a few, but there are communnities after all
