  • LEMANG

Lemang is a traditional cuisine which gracefulness. Lemang sold all year, but wider on the day of celebrations such as Eid days. In Malaysia, lemang has been recorded as specialties since 1864 again. Lemang is also a Negrito orang asli food available in Kelantan
Lemang is often served with rendang or FLOSS. Minangkabau people also prefer lemang, so much so that the city such as High Cliffs known dubs "" Kota Lemang ".
Lemang is made of glutinous rice and coconut milk included in the segmental box bamboo is covered with banana leaves, before burned up to cook. The cooking method is the method of bamboo cooking aborigines in Malaysia. Lemang is also a favorite food of Malaysia's aborigines as ethnic Negrito and quarter of seedlings.

The Rice Cake was Jaha Manado city – Minahasa – North Sulawesi. Jaha Rice cake comes from the word: rice and ginger. By the Manado North Sulawesi North Sulawesi – – known as Rice Jaha.
This cake is called Nasi Jaha, therefore made from glutinous rice and then dibumbuhi with ginger and then precipitated with the juice of coconut milk, included in fur (bamboo) next roasted above a fire (embers).
How to make rice cake jaha, is first prepared feathers and banana leaf rice, glutinous dibumbuhi ginger, salt, sliced red onion and garlic.

  • Pa'piong

Cake putu (Java, puthu) is a type of cake that Indonesia's food contains sugar and grated coconut, rice flour coarse granules.
