TomoApp is the first app using Tomocoin, only TomoApp is similar to steemit. Tomocoin and its blockchain network (tomochain) is supposedly innovative solution scalability issue in Ethereum. It does so by using POA that allows instant confirmation (2 secs !) and near zero transaction fee.
