Make a batter of flour

Put oil in a pan and heat it. Make a thin slice of flour. To make it, add little water to the flour and mix until the sticks are finished. The solution is ready.

Now immerse the stuffed potato in the flour solution so that the light layer of the solution gets on the stuffing. Then, put it in the frying pan to fry it, put as much potato as you can in a bowl and fry them till they are golden brown. Take out the fried potatoes in the plate and put all the potatoes in the oil like this and take it. It takes 7 to 8 minutes to fry the potatoes once. Blanch the potatoes on medium and high flame.

Make gravy

Take the second embroidery and pour two tablespoon oil in it, put cumin in the hot oil. After frying cumin, add asafoetida, turmeric powder, coriander powder, fry a little over the spices on a low flame, put tomato-ginger-green chilli paste and add red chili powder and fry it till continuous stir until the spices Do not swim the oil above. Roast the spices on medium and low flame. Roast it after covering it and then opening it in a little while.

Once the spices are fry, put the cream in it and stir continuously till it becomes boiled.

When the gravy comes to boil, add some water to it, put garam masala, salt, green coriander and cook it while running. After the gravy comes to boil, cover it and cook for 4-5 minutes on low flame.
