Like most barbecues, we picked up plenty of kebab meats, ranging from pig ears, chicken livers, chicken hearts, to regular pork belly and beef cutlets. Some rice wine to help down the meat, and we pretty much eat them with no sauce. The meat itself has all the taste you could want, and I personally really like the smokey taste from the fire. That's what I call a real barbecue.
