Ingredients:
1kl. Shrimps big size
1pcs.big onion chop
1 green onion
2pcs. Egg plant slice
1pcs. big radish slice
3pcs. tomatoes chop
5pcs. Green Big chili
5pcs. legume cut 1.5 inches
1/4 kls. Water spinach
Pinch of seasoning
Pinch of salt
Original sampalok sinigang mix
PROCEDURE
- In a caserole, you put 5cups of water and
then boil. - You put onion, and tomatoes.
- After 1 minute you put the radish,egg
plant,legume, green big chili,pinch of
seasoning, pinch of salt, you boiled until the
vegetables cooked. - You put the shrimps you wait until the
shrimps color red , green onions ,and sinigang
mix. - And then you put the water spinach and
serve.
