I don't think that's fake or voided by Troy. It is the short form, which is given to all veterans. The short form has the discharge information covered up. You should do your research before you jump to conclusions. Now, if you want to ask Troy to see the long form, that's one thing. But this is not an altered document in my opinion.
look at the line top of the chinese letters its not straight, its wavy which means its the plastic covering the info, the info is below. Troy has it hidden.
Its there, he is just hiding it
Why would an american US Army document use Chinese letters to cover things up? It would not but Troy would.
Well, for starters, I don't think those are Chinese letters. I think they are some sort of unicode character used by the government to redact or cover up information, but I could be wrong. And there is at least one other DD214 on the Internet that looks a lot like Troy's. You can see it here:
The other thing I noticed is that DD214 differ a lot. I mean, do a Google Images search and look for yourself. It's crazy how many different types of forms that are out there. There seems to be little uniformity for some reason.
Altered or shaded documents are void...Another fake from the fraud..
I love the Chinese letters, thats just so fitting on an American document...
Thought everything was going to be uncovered except the social security number...
Whats the reason you hid the info Troy?
Don't ask don't tell? and you said you were gay to get out?
