Any tips for becoming a successful YouTuber ?

in #youtube7 years ago (edited)
Becoming a successful YouTuber is a life long dream of mine.  I've been playing video games such as Call of Duty ever since I was 8 years old.  Sadly I never even thought about posting my game play to YouTube until recently. Most people are just in it for the money but honestly I just want to be able to post videos of me playing and interact with viewers. When I see big name YouTubers meet their fans and listen to story's of how they changed their lives it makes me want to do the same.(Taken from my first post)

I know that its a one in a thousand chance for it to actually work but I feel like if I put enough effort in I can make it happen.

Id appreciate it if anyone could give me some tips on how to grow, how often to post, etc.

Here's a link to my channel please leave any constructive criticism you can: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCdQGvnDP4QHMGGcK6gm5yGw

Well, I am not a famous Youtuber but the youtubers I like are the guys who also seem to have fun in what they are doing. My advise is just to have fun and go with it. Just post your videos here on Steemit and ask the community for feedback. There are a lot of gamers here. I am sure we can help you with it.

Thank you very much

Can you link us your YouTube channel so we can do some constructive criticism on how you can grow as a YouTuber?

I have developed a small following on my gaming channel and although it is not a lot, I will do my best to help.

I added it into the original post but here it is https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCdQGvnDP4QHMGGcK6gm5yGw
I'm still extremely small . I checked out your channel though and I hit you with a subscribe, your content looks cool.

I've been a full time youtuber for a year. Consistency is key, but only when it's quality content.
