Currently Steemit.com is completely censorship free. DeFranco is free to cover any topic he wants and use whatever language or colorful metaphors he fancies and Steemit.com will never penalize him for it.

I've been watching his videos recently with the whole "Daddy0five" controversy, or should I say "Daddy0three" now.
Same thing is happening with h3h3productions where they are being penalized for some mild stuff and have lost monetization in the last 5 or 6 videos.
Can't wait til they hear about us.
I think more and more of these types will be coming here once they eventually hear about it. Especially if the rewards are up near these levels or higher! ;)
Yea that whole situation is sad about the Daddy0five thing... hopefully that can all be straightened out for the benefit of the kids.
