YOGA straight from INDIA : Best 3 poses to KILL ABS (ABDOMEN FAT)

My mother Land, India, is known for giving BIRTH TO YOGA. And in India, yoga stays on popularity among all age groups and communities.

BEST PART : India is not divided in terms of Yoga or health on basis of community.

I have been doing yoga since childhood and may be since when i can remeber it. Then when i got young(like in my twenties :p ), i shifted more towards FUNCTIONAL WORKOUT : which is to tone every single body part and to look gorgeous(or may be hot).

But what i have felt with time is : YOGA WORKS WONDER WHEN I WANT TO KILL FAT ON MY ABDOMEN. It does help you, better than a gym or jogging or skipping. and takes less time.

Below are 3 best yoga poses i do every day to keep a flat belly.

BRIDGE :

Being honest, i love this the most because it also look gorgeous to me, when i know i can make this out of my body, it makes me want to do it more.
Bridge puts so much stress on overall fat on the abdomen and belly that the fat will go away after 2 weeks, you can feel change on a very short span of time.

ROLL UPS :
I do these for the upper abdomen, 4 sets of 15 rep each.

Roll-ups also create upper body strength. If you try trying it, you will find it very hard to get up from the laid down position without using support, but yeah after a few fays you will see the difference and all you can promise yourself is I CAN TAKE THE WEIGHT OF MY BODY ;)

PULSE-UPS (i do have picture of me doing it with one leg only, but i do it with 2 legs too) :

This works well for lower abs and hip bones too.

I promise if you genuinely try these 3 yoga poses everyday, your abdomen fat will go away. BUT YOGA DEMANDS SINCEREITY AND DISCIPLINE , do it everyday if you expect change.

Starting every morning of the day with YOGA poses + functional workout + skipping , makes me feel Fitter, healthier and confident.
