I'm not familiar with that, but it is indeed astonishing what can be done with conscious use of breath, @reconnectnature! I can personally attest that emotions can be conquered, temperature extremes made bearable, and unpleasant company almost enjoyed through a few basic breathing techniques.

yeah this technique is basically also about bearing temperature extremes to learn the control we have over our body and therefore active our inner healing powers ;)

Cool, the breath definitely has the power to tap into that realm 🙏
