RE: Yoga 2.0 - Relief for Sciatica

in #yoga8 years ago

Working in a restaurant is very hard on the body; it's very physically demanding. I did it for about 7 years, and it tore me up. Stretching before & after a shift can make a significant difference!

This post has some great neck stretches: https://steemit.com/yoga/@saramiller/yoga-2-0-relief-for-tech-neck

I could make several posts on back health!! Until I do that, the ones from this post are really nice, plus here are a few more back stretches that feel great:

Cobra

Seated Twist

Wild Thing

I hope you'll incorporate a few of these stretches into your daily life. Pain (even pain that has been there for years!) can go away surprisingly fast when you take the time to align and stretch your body.

It sounds like you need a massage too, and I really hope you get one soon! Massages are one of my favorite things in life. :)
