How I stay Healthy and Active always

Meditation as well known in many different ways and in different places, it's concept of individuals varies from one from place to the other.
I based my meditation practice on the teachings of sahaja yoga founded by Shri Mataji Nirmala Davi.

Sahaja yoga very easy to practice anywhere,anytime and very effective.
Wonder why others take pills to get slim with negative effects, taking pills to sleep well, pills for smooth and nice body but I gain all these healthy using my breathing techniques in meditation.

My favorite breath technique are

  1. Dragon breath
  2. The quantum breath
  3. The core star breath technique

This is not any completed training, I actually make full use of oxygen to convert fatty acids into brain cell not magic it works.
As a student meditation practice has also made me to stay more focus, this power drive is so amazing and it's given freely by nature

Every ability an individual possessed is actually on how strong ones Chakra or energy level is established.
These energy levels are subtle in every human and in the western part of the world little or no attention is given to it.
Growing up I was told An apple a day saves you from the doctor but it's totally wrong
Meditation a day save you from a doctor. Practicing yoga is healthier and fun. Make life easier and save mother earth.
Vibrating your innermost self from Mantras is the best feeling one can ever have. Meditation prevents over thinking which is the Ego. Find a suitable meditation practice and enjoy a good and positive life.

Interesting, however I am more a fan of the Gym Exercises they are quick to loose fat or develop Muscles, works either way. I never tried Yoga but I guess I will have to some day to find out why it's hyped so much. Tx
