A very happy International Yoga Day to all of you, with a lot of love from India.
I just wanted to point out that it isn't just about remembering Yoga for a day, but the point is to get into the habit of doing it every day. I started with Yoga about 4 months ago, and already, i can see a lot of improvement in my overall performance and happiness. Apart from that, it has been acting as a stress remover and makes my sleep much better. Yoga has really transformed my life and that too, with just 15 minutes every morning. That's all. So yeah, its a request to all of you to please embrace this truly beautiful concept of exercise( and a key component of it is mental health ), it helps you keep calm and stay at peace. Just ask any local instructor for help starting, and then, you will never look back.
