Oh I would so love to see some instructional posts... maybe it would motivate me to pick my practice up again. My problem is that I have a very very hard time quieting my mind and I get distracted and wander off to do other things. I know yoga is good for me... you are very inspiring! Thank you for this post!
You're welcome, @caitycat! Ok so some yoga for focus and motivation...I can share some guidance towards that! Ultimately, that part comes down to commitment. You have to value your physical, mental, and spiritual health enough to do it, but it's totally valid and still really helpful to start small with just a few minutes a day!
