4. Meditation is Simpler Than You Think.

Don’t overthink meditation.

Just sit. Observe the thoughts, BUT don’t feed that fire. In other words, don’t give them momentum. Let them arise and fall without getting caught up in them. There is nothing else to “do.” With sufficient practice, your mind will quiet itself.
