Yoga has changed my life! It showed me how self improvement would ultimately lead to life improvement. If you dedicate yourself to changing your life for the better, IT WILL change for the better. But expecting things to change without you working on yourself is just setting yourself up for failure. Anything in this world is possible if you put your mind to it, work hard at it everyday and never give up! Make this life the one you want.

in our region, middle east, we like to call good persons who we "love=like in your language" by lovely nick names such as sugar, candy, sweetheart... figgy... so i again apologise as @moderndayhippie is my brother not only my friend and i respect his family members one by one.
