Have you ever heard of Cannabis and Yoga?
Sometimes our bodies are in so much pain we just can't do anything, worst yet physical activity. Well maybe cannabis can ease that made, give us more tolerance and allows us to practice something like yoga.
How about if we feel anxious and afraid of doing things and getting out of the house. Cannabis could be the solution here too. A good CBD high strain with very little THC will alleviate the feeling of anxiety allowing us to get out of the house and practice yoga which will further balance our bodies and minds.
