Hello everyone!

Today I would like to introduce you a pose and its standing variation.
This is what I love about yoga: there are infinite possibilities for a pose!

Benefits:

  • Strengthens back, arms, thighs, stomach muscles and shoulders.
  • Opens the hips.
  • Calms the mind.
  • Improves the flexibility
  • Massages the internal abdominal organs.
  • Stretches the groin, hamstrings and spine.
  • Increases the energy flow of across the body.
  • Improves balance for the standing variation.
