This is what I love about yoga: there are infinite possibilities for a pose!
Benefits:
- Strengthens back, arms, thighs, stomach muscles and shoulders.
- Opens the hips.
- Calms the mind.
- Improves the flexibility
- Massages the internal abdominal organs.
- Stretches the groin, hamstrings and spine.
- Increases the energy flow of across the body.
- Improves balance for the standing variation.
