Anulom vilom karne ki step by step process aur uske FAYDE
- First you choose a calm place for doing perfect yoga.
1.sbse pahele aap ek shant Place ko chuniye yoga krne ke liye. - You take a mat or blanket and put on it floor and sit on it with padmasana.
- Sbse pahele ek chadar ya chatai lele aur use zamin m bicha ke uspe padmasana m Beth jaye.
- Close your eyes and put a hand in your knees.
- Apni aankhe band krle aur apne hatho ko apne ghutne m rakh lijiye.
- After that close your right nostril with right thumb and take inhaling slowly as much as possible.
- Apni right naak ko right hand k anghoote se dabaiye aur dheere dheere saas le jitna ho ske utni daer tk.
- This will allow lungs to full of air.
- Yeh lungs ko air se bar dega.
6.After that close your left nostril with your finger and left your right nostril from right thumb and exhale breath slowly slowly. - Iske bad apni left naak ko apni ungli se dabaiye aur apni right naak ko apne anghoote k niche se hataiye aur apni saas ko dheere dheere chhodiye.
- Now repeat same process with your left nostril.
- Yehi parikriya ab apni left naak k sath bhi Kare.
- Minimum 10 minutes daily doing anulom vilom.
- Lagbhag 10 minutes daily anulom vilom ko Kare.
