Let's try something out of the frame of the standard Yoga flow. This one is inspired by Tao and Yoga. It's a beautiful marriage between Vinyasa and Tai Chi, if you like! :)
In the society where we are constantly on a rat-race: planing, achieving, conquering, targeting - we need some physical support. Otherwise we drain and burn out. But we want to STEEM it right? :)
So being wealthy, but not healthy won't get you anywhere close to happiness.
While you are earning your "coins" take a moment to take care of yourself.
Here are some tips for this sequence
-Wear something comfy
-You don't need a mat if you are on non-gliding surface. Explore freedom outside of the mat frame
-Move slowly, don't rush. Actually the slower you go, the stronger you become. As you are reaching to the deeper layer of the muscles and tissues. This is not a gym style workout. In gym you are simply pumping the superficial layer, which is not sustainable in the longer run.
-Be creative. You don't have to follow the same way I do - 100%. You are responsible for your safety, to respect the limit and voices of your body. You can modify.
-When you get confident with the flow, try to memorize it and then you can practice all 3 flows separately.
-Imagine starting your day with such 1 short, deep, slow and grounding flow. AAAWWW!!!! All coins will be yours :)
