THE PAPER WALLET FIASCO:
Hi everybody. I mentioned yesterday, the problems moving Ripple from a paper wallet to an exchange.
As much as i research this I cannot find a safe and effective answer. I know the Github way of exchange, but if you have seen the site they link you to to exchange. It didnt feed my confidence metre a hell of a lot.
If anybody know anything at all about and app to scan the private key into either a working wallet or exchange. Or even a private key exchange. Would be extremely helpful

You can use jatchili's minimal ripple client to transfer XRP from your paper wallet to your exchange deposit address. It's an HTML page that you can download and point your browser at locally. Just don't push its "rekey" button, whatever you do.
