XLM opened on the 13th at 38 cents and stayed at around those levels until 9 am when it sharply rose up, due in part to new exchange news. It topped out at 43 cents at 1:40 pm and continued a mild down trend until 40 cents, a major support. As of 9:30 pm, it is trading at 40 cents, up 4.25%
