I think, the whole world is just an information!

I am not a philosopher, but my thoughts can make you wonder. I am not a scientist, but my hypothesis can make you think twice. Read carefully...

I think the whole world is just information!

I am aware that my knowledge of science is limited. I don't have any qualification in that field. This is only my speculation. 😉 I am aware that some people think that all this philosophy talk are crap... and yes! sometimes. Just don't over thinking about it and have fun!

The whole world is just information!

Why I think like that...

If you look around, you will find that we are actually made of the same thing. Everything is made of the same thing. All made of from a very basic thing call atom. And all of this atoms are the same, no matter where there are. For example, the atom hydrogen in your body is the same with hydrogen at the sun. There are about 109 different types of atom. And all those atoms are made of subatomic particles name protons, neutrons, and electrons. Nowadays some of those so call subatomic particles are actually can be broken down into what they call quarks. They are a basic thing that makes up things. And as science advance, we might someday find the tiniest elementary particles that make up of everything.

So when you see things like water or wood, you should know that they are both same. The difference is only in the arrangement of their particles (the so-called elementary particle). You see, I use the word, arrangement here. What I mean is... They become different... only because of the arrangement. An arrangement of its elementary particle. Remember, an arrangement is not physical. Its only an abstract concept of information. In short, its only information. So, everything that exists in this universe is, in another perspective, just information. Is it not physical? No. We can't conclude that yet. If the so-called elementary particle is physical, then the whole world, you could say, must be physical. Even though a huge amount of information takes a bigger part of it.

Quantum physic

Scientist try to understand more on the property of subatomic particles. What are their properties and behaviours? This study is called quantum physics. It is a study about nature at the smallest scale of energy levels of atoms and subatomic particles. On this research, they made one interesting experiment called a double-slit experiment. It's a very interesting experiment which you can find yourself anywhere on the net (it's everywhere).
What interests me is that one conclusion or speculation that came from that experiment. Wave-particle duality! Subatomic particles have dual characteristic, half matter and half energy. It can be a particle or a wave depending on your observation.
In the experiment, when scientists observe the particles, they somehow "know" and behave differently! Now, this is weird! If you observe them, their behaviour changes!

It depends on observation!?! WHAT! ...

Again an observation is not physical. Its only an abstract concept of information. So it looks like it has something to do with our reality and how we observe thing.

Human Reality

What is a physical reality anyway? If you realize, we actually interact with the world using only our senses. Seeing, for example, is only signals that we got from the light that hit our retina. All objects around us are only a bunch of atom that reflects light and go through our retina and react in a way that we can understand as color.

Touch is also like that where our atom (body) cannot pass through another atom (object) and the signal we perceive as a solid object. We 100% rely on this signal or information to experience the reality.

Is the reality that we are experiencing is equivalent to real reality? The answer is NO. We cannot guarantee that. Say all humans never had eyes. Then, we will never know what is light. Definitely, we describe our real world as something different than what we describe now. But the true reality of the world, no one knows. It really depends on how many senses that we have. Or you could say it depends on how much information we have. Imagine a person with a thousand kind of senses (senses that we cannot even understand). Surely, this person experiences more accurate to the reality of the world.

In other words, information is the factor to your reality. The more you have, the more you can access this reality. If you have none, you probably won't feel your existence at all.

In 500 or 1000 years from now, humans can probably realize that the world is actually a vast array of information connected to them through something called a SOUL. Wallah hu Alam.

Well, that's my penny for thought on this world... Do you agree?

Goodbye, and See ya...
