RE: Professor Otagburuagu - Episode 2

in #writing7 years ago

This series is really taking shape. Inspector Raymond seems to be a man that trusts only his instincts. I fear that will be his hubris — doing too much.

If we had dedicated people like him in the force, then maybe the country may, nay, will be better.

The illustration is great @katharsisdrill, I love the looming Otagburuagu shadow. I have something to add though.

Burials, weddings, and the like in Nigeria are usually done outdoors under fancy canopies.
A live band (they are very very loud here) wouldn't play in a building with walls, lest they deafen the mourners.
And since the Inspector sat with them, I pictured the scenario under a canopy. Just my thoughts.

Keep up the good work!

Thanks @yvonn, great observations!
Well, I never tell @katharsisdrill what to do, I let him do his own thing, I think it's more fun that way, cos I like it when the art he makes surprises me 😂. But it's alright if the readers give him feedbacks like this though. Even I had imagined the ceremony outdoors. 😁 😁

Thanks so much for your feedback @yvonn, episode 3 on the way 😁
