Not everything once written was worth the read. Not every moment sacred. Moments are purposed. But words bring those into further existence. It stamps it into time. It permeates the room, the surroundings.
Not everything once written is worth the read.
But every book to be read.
I agree that words have the potential to turn an ordinary moment into a sacred one :)
Yes, this is so true. I was trying to convey, perhaps in uncertain, poetic terms, that not everything is worth writing (entertaining and confirming). I believe in the power of words and don't think it is wise to express everything that comes to mind.
Yes, it can be freeing and healthy to share your story, to write, to speak out. But somethings are not worth indulgence. I believe in fostering truth and what is good and pure. Not all things once written (or done) is worth the read (or sharing/indulging, or even repeating).
"But every book to be read," may have been more appropriately written, "But every book to be written."
Thanks,
