"Terrorism" is a hobgoblin made up by people calling themselves governments that to keep the people riled up so that they can continue to wage war, reduce the population, and enrich themselves.
The largest terrorist organizations in the world are governments. Until people wake up to that fact they will continue to pay said governments to have their children killed for no reason other than $$$.
Do you really believe that the people calling themselves government have our best interests (and not their own) in mind when they take send our children across the globe to attempt to kill people who have never attempted to invade us?
