The most epic thing happened to me today!
As I was driving to our vacation destination today I was doing about 80mph in a 60mph zone.
Of course this is never acceptable enough to the A-hole that wants to go 90 or 100 so there was a guy in a white Impala riding my ass for several miles and it was irritating me pretty bad.
I wasn't about to go any faster than 80 in a 60 zone, (I guess for safety reasons) but I did have my radar detector turned on.
The guy finally does the typical pass me and give me a dirty look while mouthing something way less than friendly and flies by going like 100mph. (In a zone that says NO passing NO speeding of course)
Me: "I hope and pray that guy gets pulled over..."
Wife: "That's not a very nice thing to pray for..."
Me: "Yeah, you are absolutely right.... LORD, I pray that for the safety of that guy and for the safety of others that he gets pulled over...."
Wife: ........... (silence)
Just then....... WOOOOOOOOO WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! A wild Sherriff (120hp) appears!
The Sherrif in his apparently camouflaged SUV (we never saw him before and my radar detector never went off) pulls the guy over RIGHT in front of me.... the one thing you always hope will happen when someone on the road is being a jerk..
I know it wasn't nice but I drove by slowly past them and gave the guy this look as I drove by...
I could tell he was really pissed...
I burst into a loud maniacal laughter and even my wife had to laugh....
That made the rest of the trip a pleasant experience.....
Even if it wasn't true, good story.

I work for a DOT and own a muscle car, but I almost never speed, not just because of where I work but because every day I see the consequences of 'accidents'. We call them unplanned events because in most cases they can be avoided.
When I'm on the motorway, doing the speed limit, I am often the slowest vehicle on the road and get some strange looks from people, or even finger gestures. I do often hope that people racing past me will get caught and at the same time also hope I won't find them crashed around a corner further up the highway.
