Humans are amazing, both for their powers of creation and destruction! We're the only creatures who are willing to destroy everything in our own selfish self-interest. The plants give us LIFE - we literally cannot breathe without them - but it is so rare to find that honored...yet it's super common to find people willing to rip up every living creature to lay miles and miles of cement...it's crazy!!!

Absolutely correct. Totally agree with you, @saramiller. "Adam ate the apple and our teeth still ache" - it applies here too. The doom of planet was written the day humans were created !! No matter how amazing humans are, their destructive attitude outweighs the constructive, creative powers. Only because wisdom without empathy, logic without emotion rules the human society. As long as we consider emotions a weakness, we will never feel the pain of life around us and we will keep destroying !! This is what I feel :)
