Diamond is the most solid thing, we have learn this from to our school ag. We did not go wrong. The diamond was the most solid thing, but no longer. Since 2009, the diamond's crown has gradually shifted to a number of objects.

In 2009, two objects harder than diamonds were invented. Utopia Boron Nitride and Lonsdaleite. The first one shows 18% more resistance than the diamond against the grooves. And the credit of the second is more grim. It shows 58% higher resistance than diamond. That is, Lonsdaleite is more than a hundred times harder than diamonds.

Unfortunately, both of these things are rare in nature and their stability is less. The originators of these objects have ignored their application and examined only 'hardship' and published the papers. So this discovery is quite theoretical.

But in January 2013, in the journal Nature magazine published another composition on the issue of Nature, so that a new competitor was added. This is a version of Boron Nitrite. Researchers have created the 'Ultra Hard Nano Twined Cubic Boron Nitrite' by compressing the boron nitrite particle to the pressure. These new forms are given by changing the arrangement of particles.

Q carbon is discovered in 2015. Like diamonds, it is another form of carbon. The inventors claim it is more than 60% harder than diamonds, although it is still not possible to test them properly. However, it has been confirmed that its rigidity will be at least 20-30% higher than diamond. It displays brightness when exposed to magnetically, electromagnetic, electrically conductive and low power. The cost to make this is relatively low.

According to the researchers, In the general diamond carbon atoms have the sphere of spherical sphere is sp3, but there is a combination of sp2 and sp3 in the Q-carbon. Carbon is melted through nanosecond laser vibrations. Then it cools down and produces QE carbon.

As Q-Carbon is newly discovered, so it is not yet thought out as to its possible application. But in the future it is expected that it can be used in various modern technologies. These include high power electronic and photonic equipment, high speed machines, deep sea drilling and medical diagnostics etc. The low-carbon function of the Q-carbon and the negative electron addiction make it an attractive alternative to creating a field emission display.
