So I decided to stuff up something about temperaments.
I picked out just the four main temperaments, and i also listed the ideal job career for each temperament.

Definition

Temperament is a set of individual peculiarities that characterize the emotional and dynamic aspect of a person’s activity (mental activity and behavior).

It is also referred to those aspects of an individual's personality, such that are often regarded as biologically based and sometimes innate
rather than learned.
Tho one might have a mixed temperament.

The four major temperaments are
Sanguine
Phlegmatic
Choleric
Melancholy.

And here are the factors controlling temperaments;

• Phlegmatic- a calm and slow person –Controlled by the phlegm (or lymph)
• Choleric- short-tempered and irritable person – controlled by choli (yellow bile )
• Sanguine- vivid and cheerful person.- Controlled by sanguis (blood)
• Melancholic- sad and fearful person – controlled by melena choli (black bile)

So, here is the highlight on each strength, weakness and ideal career;

Sanguine.

There nervous system is strong, balanced, and mobile.
(Strength)
lively, optimistic, buoyant,
carefree, adventurous, sociable, entertainer,
creative,optimistic, energetic, bold,etc
(weakness)
Unstable mood, chronically late,forgetful,
Talkative, disorganized, cannot keep secret.
ideal career
marketing, travelling,fashion,cooking, acting or sporting.

Phlegmatic

There nervous system is inert, strong, balanced, and sedentary.
(Strength)
Loyal, hospitable,teachable, kind, quite, friendly,
Shy, don't easily get angry, hate conflict,don't like open confrontation
Don't like arguing, trustworthy, understanding, etc
(Weakness)
Don't keep to time, lazy,can become selfish cause of self desire, can be stubborn at will, prone to grugde holding, can be destructive when angry.
Ideal careers for phlegmatic
nursing,teaching,psychology or counselling, child development,or charity services.

Choleric

There nervous system is unrestrainable, strong, unbalanced, and mobile.
(strength)
Goal oriented, social, enjoy deep and meaningful
conversations, charismatic, good leader and planner,keep to time,self confident,courageous, very good at arguing, love challenge
(Weakness)
Dictional, dominate the phlegmatic, desire to be in control, easily angry, harsh in words, proud, aggressive, override others.
Ideal jobs for choleric personality type are
related to the following industries:
management,technology,statistics,engineering,programming, business and politics.

Melancholy

There nervous system is weak, unbalanced, and immobile.
(Strength)
love traditions, sociable,contributors to the
community, orderly,accurate, fantastic
people mmanagers, sacrificial, self reliant.
(Weakness)
Slow eater, not social , too analytical, hard to please, moddy,introvert.
Perfect careers for
melancholic personality type are:
management,accounting,social work,or administration

And so, at this junction you must note that your characters and ability, does not determine your temperament.

And if after reading this article you cant find a particular temperament that fits you, don't panic you might actually have one or more temperament. ie, you might posses a mixed temperament, which implies a mixed personality.

I too have a mixed temperament, a combination of phlegmatic and sanguine.
