Interesting perspective.

For me I love to be lazy and chill as much as possible! I more look at how I can work more effective by looking at the 20% of tasks that produce 80% of the results. A bit Tim Ferriss style.

But some love to do tasks and see how they get things done. I more love to be in a free flow mode where I never plan anything. Probably depends a bit on how you are wired what a person likes to do the most.

Then we age also and change. 😉 I noticed around 25 minutes intense focus work works fine and then take a bit of a break.

I love the 80/20 rule! But for me I need this kind of a plan, because if I choose to be a in free flow mode all day I'll end up just reading and researching for the whole day and end up not doing any writing or progress towards my goals. Also your tip for doing 5 things instead of just 1 is amazing, been using it everyday to write 3 blog posts in one go. :)
