Actually the thing is that making live actions of anime requires a lot more advanced staff and actors. That is if you want to make exactly like that. The characters in anime can be drawn with any reaction or any personality. But in reality you cannot just say someone to act like that. That is why the whole movie end up being plain bad. They should make live actions of anime in which a little more reality is involved, otherwise its really hard to make these kinds of movies.
