How many flowers
have died,
on the lawns,
at the graves, of those
whom have died in war?
It makes me wonder,
who sends these kids to fight;
and when,
will we as a species,
evolve past this tragic tradition;
and let all those flowers,
that would have been cut down,
stay alive?
