RE: Writing Tips #1: Outlining vs Discovery Writing

in #writing7 years ago

Sweet article grocko, I must confess, I don't have a clue what I'm doing. Just have a story and started to write. What comes out is what you get almost no rewrites though I know serious writing demands editing and rewriting. I enjoyed your post, will follow you for more great stuff like this. I'll add one interesting book (if you've not read it yet), called 'Stealing fire from the Gods.' It explores the underpinnings of what makes great stories. I'm working through that one but dang it's tough going.
Will follow and see what else you get up to.
Hugs.

The great thing about writing is you improve every time you actually sit down and write.

I actually have never heard of this book, will add it to my "to-read" list, thanks for the rec!
