It is very essential to put all things in order inside your organization to attract customers. Today I will be discussing about the Internal key areas that has to be on point for business to flow efficiently and effectively.
1. Personnel.
Under the personnel perspective, you have to ensure that you have the right workforce, you need to send you workers on training if they are not skilled enough for their various positions so as to gain competitive advantage, you need to know your workers personality profile and also the outcome need to examine your entire workforce to upgrade their skills so that they can be super productive.
2. Marketing Packaging.
Here talks about the particular kind of marketing packaging needed to attract customers. The packaging of your product matters slot for marketability.
**3. Financial Capability: If we are interested in building an empire, you need to have the available capital or you can source from somewhere. For companies that have enough money for their production, it is very easy for them because going through the stress of going to banks to source for cash is way too much. If you're finally low, you should have an available source to back you up.
4. Production Capabilities.
We're interested in technology. You get to compare with your competitors if the reason your quality or output is low is as a result of of the kind of technology you use. It means the way in which you can innovate new products.
5. Relational Climate.
Does the climate represent commitment, is it that of integrity such that whatever the manager says is done by the employees? Relational climate is the Perception of the people in relation to share practices. Organizational behaviour is the interface between a company and its workers.
6. Synergistic Fit.
It means to ensure that scarce resources are effectively and efficiently allocated in the entire workforce equitably. It is because of the "Fit" to be made that's why the rest executive construction work.
6. Structure Fit/Capabilities.
Structure is very key in all that we do. Structure is the reason for creating different departments in the workpace and also creating of specialization too.
