I'm the type of guy that likes to do everything all at once. I would drink 10 cups of coffee if I thought there would be no negative effects. The older I get the more I realize there are negative effects to things though. So I try to keep it to one or two cups.
It's the same with everything though. It's a good idea to get out there and exercise and make sure that you are in good shape but you don't want to overdo that either. You want to be clean but you don't want to overdo that. Everything in moderation. It's an important concept but I think most people misunderstand.
You need to do the things that you need to do but you don't want to really over do anything. Even if it's something that's good for you. Especially if it's something that's bad for you. That's what everything in moderation really means to me.
