Weird dimensions

Have you ever turned to yourself and said...

One moment. How exactly are you supposed to turn to yourself? I feel like that would require some serious dimension bending, it seems like something one wouldn't be expected to be able to do, yet so many of us are constantly expected to.

Don't you just hate it when people do things like that? Impose expectations from another dimension, from another universe altogether on others, just forcing them to comply. Different species work differently, and we're all different species if only in slightly different ways.

Hmm. That actually sounded rather deep. It wasn't, but hey! - at least it seems like that.

Be that as it may, I think I should probably get back onto the topic at hand. Which hand?

Witch hand!

Everybody run, she's going to attack!

Anyways. Getting back on topic. What does a witch hand look like anyway? Is it green, is it pimpled? Am I just being prejudiced?

Most definitely. But have you ever turned to yourself on a Wednesday and said that it feels like a Thursday?

What does a Thursday feel like anyway? I feel like there's some inherent blasphemy implied. I'm not entirely certain how, why, what or any of those annoying 'W's

We'll just ignore the how for now, the Scottish overuse it anyway, so it deserves to be ignored, at least for a little while.

There's some other feelings inherent in the Thursday. I'm not sure what they are, not sure how many of them I should mention in polite company (I'm not talking about the people reading over my shoulder, not you - don't worry, I wouldn't make that mistake.)

And then of course there's Wednesday. Wedne? Sday. That was a terrible joke and should under no circumstances be repeated, in large part because it's only a joke if it's spelled out, yet only funny if it's alliterated.

Have you ever typed in large part and forgotten/missed the 'P'? It actually seems like a rather interesting phrase. "In Large Art." I can't actually see it meaning anything, but at least it sounds interesting.

Of course, can any of us really see any phrases meaning anything? It doesn't seem very plausible, does it. Nor possible, nor possible, nor any of the other things I say when I'm stalling for time.

Stalling for time… Are we sticking our time in some sort of stall? One filled with thyme, just to create some sort of irony? Or are we simply saying nonsensical things because that's what we do when we stall for time.

Or say stall for time. Or stall for thyme.

Be that as it may/is/was/will be/has never been/people because we like slashing people.

I think I'm done here.

-hyperbole out

and yes, I do know it's not Wednesday. Your point being?

No pictures. I can't think of anything which fits.

Sort:

how!

Heh heh. Had to have that little rip in there somewhere/

It did engender a smile!

Impose expectations from another dimension, from another universe altogether on others

Whether it was supposed to be deep or not I found it very insightful and representative of many a situation I have now.

... You have someone posing expectations from another universe on you?

What have you been getting up to this time, Pen?

All foreign bodies shall be treated as from another universe, even the ones in my mind.
