Tough advice, a new heading, it's interesting.
Correctly you wrote that criticism is important - it allows you to develop and you can look at your shortcomings from the side. Criticism is the engine of your progress.
You presented an excellent example of dialogue. And writing a dialogue is your strength and your examples - they are valuable.
