Hello! Email with translations have been sent!

Regarding the xml file, I actually edited the file yesterday and uploaded the changes but it gave me a message saying i had to create a fork due to lack of permissions?
Please excuse me im not so familiar with github.
But i took a screenshot of what i uploaded, let me know if i have uploaded the changes to the wrong place.
