Like I said last week, I wanted to start writing with writing prompts. The post below is the start of these posts. This is simply a test to see if people enjoyed this particular style and if it helps them. I'd love to hear your thoughts on this compared to my previous writing rambling posts.
Word: Working
Whether I am working out or working on a project, I am always having fun.
Sure my brain likes to put up roadblocks and excuses to prevent myself from working out, but I push through them. The reason for that is the fact that working out will only make me stronger and better to handle the real work.
Working out in the morning is a great thing to do and I suggest others do so as well. It doesn’t need to be extensive, 15 minutes every day is more than enough and you can build up a sweat. This short method works great for me as I don’t find myself doing small exercises and stretches that don’t build up sweat. I focus on the tough exercises, the ones that pay-off the most long-term.
It’s why I work out
I’ve only been delving more into it consistently until recently, but through working out I’m noticing more strength and energy, but also focus on my own work. I’ve said in the past that sleeping in has disoriented me and makes my days incredibly lazy. Well if I’m up early and work out, I notice that my work itself is focused.
Working out can benefit you immensely as an entrepreneur but also as an employee as well. Think about it this way: working out only grows you in a variety of aspects if you are willing to put up with the short-term pain.
Through working out you are boosting your confidence, your energy, and even your brain to an extent. At least with regards to creating habits from exercising.
Confidence is what we need
But the main thing with working out I find is most important is the confidence boosting. A lot of people spend a lot of time not believing in themselves or thinking they can’t do particular things. The truth is what separates the successful and those not willing to try is confidence. Sure there are other things than that, but at it’s core confidence is a big player.
And guess what these successful and confident people do? They have a training regimen they follow on a regular basis.
I think people get really intimidated by working out because they build up in their head they need to be bodybuilders or jacked up to hell and back. That’s not true. Not every successful person looks like that. But one thing is for certain, they do have muscles and they are healthy and they achieved it by working out.
Working out still is going to be tough, but breaking down those notions and taking the time to ask yourself what your ideal body looks like will help you in the long run. When you achieve it, you’ll gain massive confidence in yourself as you are working towards something that you value. So don’t be afraid of working out as once you start doing it and developing a consistent habit around it, things will start picking up more.
To your growth!

This is a fun idea. I feel like I should try something similar myself. Thanks for the inspiration.
