Just a few nice photo's I took of my some of my favorite pieces of gear. The knife featured is a BRS Alpha Beast 3.0 balisong which has been anodized in a duo tone finish of green and bronze. The rifle is an AR-15 that I assembled with various different parts chambered in 5.56, and also proceeded to make it into an MHI (Monster Hunter International) themed rifle just for fun since I'm a huge fan of the series. The handgun is a Rock Island Armory Tactical II 1911 in .45acp which I added green Operator II VZgrips to over the factory gray ones that it came with. I've been into collecting knives and firearms for years now and just can't seem to get tired of it. Though, as the title says, these two hobbies can be very, very expensive (and also time consuming). Just wanted to share some of these pictures I had saved, and maybe talk with a few of you who are into similar stuff.

Wow!!! Nice gear. Love that custom AR you have. Fortis Switch rail looks really nice on your gun too. That Lancer mag pairs nicely as well with your rifle. How much did it cost you to put it all together if you don't mind? I feel your pain as well, definitely not easy on the wallet, especially if you shoot a lot of rounds on occasion. Real steel and air-soft are big for me with the latter being a somewhat cheaper alternative.
