How she despised the occasion:

The curt kiss,

His sudden leaving to no place,

Lost herself in dream

Envisioned his skin: radiant, and hot;

His expansive shoulders,

Ravishing manly abdomen,

A collection of magnificent symmetry;

Disgraceful and dubiously repulsive, his energetic masculinity
