Really some lectures can be very annoying, it is solely dependant on so many factors. Sleeping and waking up to a class had by 7:00am, on getting there, class ended. Through out the class was absorbed diverse frustration, from the lecturer, to the lecture notes, organization of the class and the countenance of each student. Creating an episode of a lecture free day in my head, because the fact still remain that, there would be one or more annoying teachings throughout the day.

WHAT IS ANNOYING TEACHING?

Thinking about it, there might be no actual complex word as annoying teaching, but just another broad episode created by my humble self, which i would try my possible best to explain the concept/idea to a full understanding.

Annoying has diverse definitions, but it would be zeroed down to the idea behind the article. Annoying is defined as causing irritation or annoyance, with that said, teaching is nothing else but defined as the process of attending to people's needs, experiences and feeling, and intervening so that they learn particular things, to go beyond the given.

MY EXPERIENCE?

The joy of going to high school is something that cannot be contended with, i can remember when i got here at first, the joy of being so free, no parent to contend with your opinion, even the authorities have a certain level which they could exercise their position, such peace of mind. It was fun all along until business got serious, and we started attending lectures. It was going well for quite sometime, because i was blending in quite well, little did i know that i haven't seen nothing yet, the way i say it though, funny. I have attended series of classes which i almost felt like giving up in my formal education, because of the level of annoyance that was produced from the lecturer was at its fullest. Current happenings like this postulated a big question in my head, when is it said that a teaching is annoying?

ATTRIBUTES OF ANNOYING TEACHING?

Lack of classroom management :- A lack of classroom management is probably the single biggest downfall of an annoying teaching, this issue can be the doom of any teaching, no matter the intentions.

Lack of content knowledge :- Most states require teachers to pass a comprehensive series of assessments to obtain certification within a specific subject area. With this requirement, you would think that all teachings would be proficient enough, unfortunately there are some teachings which do not explain the content well.

Lack of organization skills :- Effective teachings must be organized. Teachers who lack organization skills will be overwhelmed and, as a result , in effective.

Lack of professionalism :- Professionalism encompasses many different areas of teaching. It is the conduct, aims, or quantities that characterize or mark a profession or a professional person.

Poor judgment :- Too many teachings have lost their careers due to a moment of poot judgement. Common sense goes a long way in protecting ones self from certain happenings. A good teacher will think before acting, even in the moments where emotions are running high.

As intense as teaching can be, given birth to such annoyance and irritation, it can also produce much energy that would make an individual hunger for formal education. I believe this article would be of great importance to the teacher mostly, and the educational system as a whole. As we take note of the failed areas, SHALOM!
