For the sad days

in #writing7 years ago

Countless external factors can trigger unhappy days, including unpleasant work and bad news. Usually, this last case is what most destabilizes, due to the possible bad implications, especially when it comes to love relationships.

Some people seem to like to enjoy some of these sorrows. Proof of this is that many are already setting the stage. I mean, they come home, separate the saddest songs, snuggle in the covers, and finally swim in tears.

Apart from the exaggeration, this is exactly what happens, there are even some researches proving these types of behaviors. Researchers at the Free University of Berlin have studied a group of people to tell the effectiveness of listening to sad songs in difficult times. For them, the songs should not be appreciated only by the artistic side, but they can be useful to console.

Contrary to what the survey says, listening to sad songs makes me feel worse. Particularly, I do not like to plunge into sadness. I've been a little like this. The experience aside from not being good, I found quite risky, because I believe it can trigger more serious cases like depression.

In the past, enjoying the sad moments was a way to inspire me. Since I was very fond of writing poetry, I felt more stimulated. He thought this was true of all poets. The poems could only come out very good with a dose of sadness. In a way, yes.

Of course, the degree of humor of an artist can not imply in the quality of his work or in his inspiration.

For those who do not like to enjoy the sadness, I suggest:

  • Reading messages that bring joy
  • Watch motivational videos from an area of interest
  • Leave home and go somewhere that feels pleasure
  • Seek help from loved ones to vent or company
  • Contact with animals or nature
  • Bring the memory that gives hope and happiness
  • Forget the past and look forward
  • Do not look for guilty and learn to forgive
  • Do not judge people or the situation
  • Make contact with positive people
  • Find new ways to live
  • Be patient with time
  • Focus on positivity

We learn continually from mistakes and, above all, we are the owners of our happiness.
